Anita "Dolly" Valentino, 85, of Mentor, Ohio, passed away peacefully Saturday, November 5, 2022 at Mentor Ridge Health and Rehabilitation Center.
She was born May 17, 1937 in Cleveland, Ohio to Joseph and Josephine (Formick) Valentino.
Anita is survived by her brother, William (Nancy) Valentino Sr.; nieces and nephew, Mary Ann (John) Sasu, Connie (Kenny) Yoder, William Valentino Jr., and Cindy (Ron) Schwarzwalder. She is also survived by 4 great-nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her parents and great-nephew, Conner Flynn.
At her request, there will be no public service. A private family burial will take place in All Souls Cemetery in Chardon, Ohio.
The family wishes to send a heartfelt "Thank You" to the staff at Mentor Ridge and Bella Care Hospice for the love and care given to Dolly.

Lake Erie Cremation and Funeral Services, 1500 Harpersfield Road, Geneva, Ohio assisted the family with arrangements.
