Ann Marie Moyer's Obituary
Ann Marie Moyer, 78, of Geneva, Ohio, affectionately known as "Jinx" since she was born on Friday the 13th, passed away Wednesday, February 12, 2025, at UH Geauga Medical Center.
She was born December 13, 1946, in Cleveland, Ohio, to the late John and Ann Medevic and graduated from Madison High School. In 1973, Ann married Ed Moyer who preceded her in death.
Ann remained a lifelong Madison community member and was one of the first women hired at GE. She went on to work 20 years as an injection molder at 3M in Mentor, Ohio, and Perfection in Geneva, Ohio, where she retired. In her free time, she was a 40-year member of the American Legion Auxiliary, was an amazing cook, loved gardening and canning, enjoyed reading, and crossword puzzles.
She is survived by her children, Cindy (Mike) Rice, and Christy Moyer; grandchildren, Kimberly, Morgan, Brylynn, and Harper Grace; sister, Linda Eichels.
Ann was preceded in death by her husband, Ed Moyer; parents, John and Ann Medevic; brothers, John and Bobby Medevic.
The family wishes to extend a special "Thank You" to the staff and residents of Rae Ann Geneva for the love and care given to Ann during her time there.
