Anthony John Salerno, Jr., 51, of Geneva, Ohio, died unexpectedly Sunday, October 23, 2022, in the arms of his wife and daughter. Tony was born September 5, 1971, in Warrensville, Ohio, to mother, Donna Konopka (stepfather, Stanley Konopka) and father, Anthony John Salerno, Sr. On February 22, 2012, he married Waunetta (Nina) Salerno in Las Vegas, NV, and together they shared more than 10 years of love and memories, and Tony helped raise their cherished daughter Victoria. Tony spent most of his life as a sales representative for Pepsi and Coke and loved customer relations. In his spare time, he enjoyed visiting Geneva-on-the-Lake. Tony is survived by his wife, Waunetta (Nina) Salerno; daughter, Victoria Kacvinsky; sister, Katherine Salerno; brother, Curtis (Carrie) Konopka; nieces, Bianca Robles, and Reanne Konopka; nephews, Armani Swanson, and Eric Konopka. Tony is also survived by his "bonus Mom" and "bonus family", Beatrice Dyer, Charlie Camargo, Angelo Camargo, Angelo Jr., Nicholas, and (Godson)Nathaniel Neives and his baby Isabella; He is preceded in death by his mother, Donna Konopka (stepfather, Stanley Konopka); and father, Anthony John Salerno, Sr., and his "bonus" Dad, Nico Dyer. A Celebration of Life will be held from 3:00pm-9:00pm on Tuesday, November 8, 2022, at Sportsterz Bar & Grill, 5422 Lake Road East, Geneva-on-the-Lake, Ohio.
