Arthur W. Wheeler, 69, of Ashtabula, Ohio formerly of Geneva, OH, passed away suddenly on Wednesday, April 16, 2025, in Ashtabula, OH. He was born on March 27, 1956, at Geneva Hospital in Geneva, OH, to parents Burton and Laura Wheeler, and was a graduate of Geneva High School and the VOED where he attended for Auto Body. Arthur was a Christian and an Ordained Minister, he spent several years working as a Press Machine operator for MFG in Ashtabula. He loved building model cars, watching car racing, in his younger years he enjoyed doing auto body work, and he loved spending time with his grandkids. Arthur is survived by his girlfriend of 10 years, Janet Vincent; daughter, Ashley Wheeler of Savannah, Georgia; son, Zachary (Brittany) Wheeler of Ashtabula, OH; cats, Slim, and Angel; grandchildren, Alexis, Serenity, Guido, Zoie, Emily, Chloe, and Sebastian; great-grandchildren, Zy-Aire, and Amar; and his sister, Valerie (Robert) Ziefle of Geneva, OH. He was preceded in death by his wife, Tina (Hale) Wheeler; parents, Burton and Laura Wheeler; and his brother, Jerry Wheeler of Nacogdoches, Texas. A private family viewing will be held. A celebration of his life will be held on Sunday, May 4, 2025, at 4pm at Harvest Church, 8625 Center Rd, Austinburg, OH, 44010. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations can be given at the celebration of life.
