Bernice Anslow, 66, of Jefferson, passed away Friday, January 22, 2021 at home following a sudden illness.
She was born Friday, December 17, 1954 in Ashtabula, Ohio the daughter of Ray and Freda (Champlin) Waldron. After graduating from Jefferson High School, Bernice married Lyle Anslow on June 21, 1974 and together they shared over 38 years of love and memories before Lyle's death on June 5, 2013.
Bernice was an active member of the Kingdom Hall of Jehovah's Witnesses for 28 years. She was a loving wife, mother, daughter, sister, homemaker, and friend.
Survivors include her children: Carl Anslow of Dorset, Andrew Anslow of Dorset, and Barbara Turner (Brett) of Virginia Beach, VA; grandchildren: Sakura Anslow, Carter Turner, and Ivy Anslow; father, Ray Waldron; siblings: twin sister, Louise Cottle (Bill); Anita Cunningham, Robert Waldron.
Preceding her in death was her husband Lyle Anslow and mother, Freda (Champlin) Waldron on November 27, 2018.
