Betty M. Bolt, age 94, of Mentor, passed away Thursday, April 29, 2021 at Hospice House in Cleveland. She was born April 1, 1927 in Roanoke, Virginia, the daughter of the late Charles W. Snodgrass, Sr. and Ruth M.(Diener) Snodgrass. Betty was graduate of Harvey High School in Painesville. On January 7, 1954 she married Julian S. Bolt, Sr. in White Sulphur Springs, West Virginia and together they shared over 32 years of love and memories before his death on December 3, 1986. In addition to being a wonderful and loving wife, mother, grandmother and great-grandmother, Betty worked at Fluid Controls in Mentor for more than 20 years. Survivors include her children, Julian S. Bolt, Jr. (Cynthia), John W. Bolt, Sr. (Patricia), Carol A. Reho (Fred), and Sandra Lintala (Mark); grandchildren, John W. Bolt, Jr. (Michelle), Tonya Nelson, Jason Bolt (Sara), Brian Bolt (Nicole), Erin Dunigan (James), Megan Bolt (Jacob), Brooke McGuire (Mitchell), Kyle Lintala (Jessica), Mary Lintala (Morgan), and Lindsay Reho (Nicholas); step-grandchildren, Lisa Montelone (Pasquale), and Laura Mehalik (Steve); numerous great-grandchildren; and brother, Gene Snodgrass. She was preceded in death by her husband, Julian S. Bolt, Sr.; parents, Charles W. Snodgrass, Sr. and Ruth M. (Diener) Snodgrass; siblings, Charles W. Snodgrass, Jr., Lane Snodgrass, and John Snodgrass. A Visitation will be held from 10:30am-12:30pm on Monday, May 3, 2021 at Lake Erie Cremation & Funeral Services, 1500 Harpersfield Rd, Geneva, with a Funeral Service beginning at 12:30pm. A Burial will immediately follow in Perry Cemetery, 3840 Middle Ridge Rd, Perry, Ohio.
