Charles H. Adkins, age, 76 of Conneaut, OH., passed away on Wednesday, February 25th, 2026, at his home surrounded by family. Charles was born on June 16th, 1949 in Fayette County, W.V., to parents Houston and Opal Adkins. Charles married his love (the late) Patricia J. Adkins. Charles really enjoyed fishing and spending time with his family. He is survived by his son Charles T. Adkins (Paulene M. Ward), by his grandchildren, Devyn T. Adkins (Andrea Wheeler), and Sarah Miller. Charles is also survived by his siblings, Walter Adkins, and Lester Adkins. He is preceded in death by his loving wife, Patricia J. Adkins, his parents, Houston and Opal Adkins, and by his brothers, Leon, Dennis, Bob, Lawrence, and Larry Adkins, and sister Carol Matheny. The Adkins family will celebrate Charles's life at a future date.
