Christina Anne "Christie" Gorak (Tucciarelli), 40, of Mentor, Ohio, passed away on Friday, March 21, 2025.

She was born on April 1, 1984, in Painesville, OH to parents Remo and the late Lana Tucciarelli, and married Joseph R. Gorak on May 5, 2007. Christie was a Christian who loved spending time with her son Joey and laughing with her family.

She is survived by her husband, Joseph R. Gorak; son, Joseph (Joey) R. Gorak II; father, Remo (Marlene) Tucciarelli; mother-in-law, Marianna McDonald; sister, Angela Tucciarelli; grandmother, Paulina Tucciarelli; aunt, Linda Rollins; uncle, Michael (Kathy) Tucciarelli; cousins Gina Tucciarelli, Serena Tucciarelli, Carolyn (Kim) McMullen, and Marlene (James) Haas; and her cats, Peanut and Smokey. Christie was preceded in death by her mother, Lana Tucciarelli; father-in-law, Jimmy McDonald; grandparents, Ermanno Tucciarelli, and Erna and Joe Loreta; and uncle, James Rollins.

A celebration of her life will be held on Saturday April 5, 2025, at Christian Assembly of Richmond Heights, 25595 Chardon Rd, Richmond Heights, OH 44143. Calling hours will be from 10am-11:30am, the service will be held from 11:30am-12:30pm with a luncheon directly following the service at the church. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations can be made to the Gorak family in care of Lake Erie Cremation, 1500 Harpersfield Rd, Geneva, OH 44041.
