Christine "Chris" Marie Raleigh, 39, of Madison, Ohio, passed away unexpectedly Monday, October 31, 2022 at her home.
Chris was born March 17, 1983 at Geneva Memorial Hospital to Tom Smith and Debbie Owens. Chris graduated from North High School in 2001, and spent most of her working career in health care. Most recently, she worked as an STNA for University Hospital/TriPoint Medical Center. She loved hanging out with her children, family, and friends, and was always known for inviting everyone over for a cookout.
Chris is survived by her companion, Tony Dawson; children, Christian Giammaria, Jenae Dawson, Gage Buzerd, Ethan Dawson, Caleb Raleigh, and Chloe Ellis; grandchildren, Will and Brynlee; siblings, Sara, Sam, Katie, and D Jay Wellbaum.
She was preceded in death by her daughter, Madilynn Helms on 11/17/2001 and sister, Sam Abraham on 3/5/2022.
A visitation will be held Thursday, November 10, 2022 from 6-8pm at Lake Erie Cremation and Funeral Services, 1500 Harpersfield Road, Geneva, Ohio.
