Christopher "Chris" Gabriel Freeman, age 35, of Conneaut, Ohio, passed away on April 6th, 2024, at Hillcrest Hospital, in Mayfield, OH. Chris was born on September 9th, 1988, to parents, Sandy Freeman, and Lorenzo Vagi, in Geneva, OH. Chris had a passion for fishing and especially loved charter fishing and all things involving the outdoors. He loved jet skiing, boating, hiking, 4-wheeling, swimming, photography, playing darts with friends, and he enjoyed collecting rare matchbox and model cars. Chris also loved buying vehicles and was meticulous about the care of his cars. Above all, Chris loved his family and spending time with them and his dear friends. Chris is survived by his son; his parents, Sandy and Lorenzo, his sister Lindsey Freeman, his girlfriend Nicole Hazeltine, and his many beloved aunts and uncles and nieces and nephews. Chris is preceded in death by his grandparents, Grace Ellen Shore, and Amos Joe Hale. A Celebration of Life will take place at a future date.
