Daniel Allen Wright, age 68, passed away on May 15, 2023. Formerly of Hopewell Township in Aliquippa, PA. He resided at "The Grove" in New Castle, PA and most recently "Andover Skilled Nursing Home and Rehabilitation Center" in Ohio.
Daniel was born July 1, 1954, at Sewickly Hospital in Sewickly, PA to the late Perry and Irene Wright. He is survived by a brother, sisters; Aleta Wright, and Karen Wright-Pushinsky, and a nephew. Daniel was preceded in death by his parents, and Uncle George E. Herrmann.
Daniel explored many areas of Pittsburgh and Beaver County. He was curious in nature and was always finding new adventures to pursue. Daniel met many different people along the way. He enjoyed experiencing new foods and live entertainment, such as concerts and plays when possible. Daniel very much enjoyed tasting new coffee flavors.
For many years, Daniel was a Crane Operator at the former Armco Steel Plant in Ambridge, PA. Over his lifetime, Dan enjoyed working on cars, weightlifting competitions, watching sports, and even flying a Cessna plane solo. No matter where his life took him, he was always loved and will be missed, never to be forgotten. May Dan rest in peace in the Kingdom of Heaven.
Daniel's family opted to honor him privately and no public services will be held. In lieu of flowers, contributions can be made to a favorite charity of your choice.
