David Charles Nelson, age 64, of Kingsville, Ohio, passed away on February 10, 2025, at 3:16pm. Born on April 24, 1960, in Newport News, Virginia, David was a devoted son, brother, and friend.

Throughout his life, David worked various jobs, including positions at MFG, as a security guard, and as a semi-truck driver. In his free time, he enjoyed hunting, fishing, gardening, and traveling.

David is survived by his siblings Dwight Nelson, Audrey Herman, Rosemarie Shaw, Michelle Price-Ocasio, Patty Worley, and Douglas Nelson; many nieces and nephews; and his beloved cat.

He was preceded in death by his parents Herman and Betty Lou Nelson, and his grandparents from both sides.

David's family and friends will deeply miss him, but they take comfort in knowing he has received his angel wings. Funeral services were held at Gageville Cemetery, where David was laid to rest.
