Deborah "Debbi" R. Boutilier

Deborah R. Boutilier “Debbi”, age 58, of Wickliffe, OH., passed away on Thursday, Sept. 24th, 2026, surrounded by her children at home, after a long battle with breast cancer. Debbi was born on February 13, 1968, in Garfield Hts., OH., to parents, Thomas and Roberta (Edwards) Wayne. On June 17th, 1991, Debbi married her love, (the late) Terry D. Boutilier. Debbie proudly earned her Bachelor’s degree from Pheonix University and was working towards her Master’s.

Debbi worked for Covia Corporation for 10 years and worked her way up to Team Lead Business Systems Analysis. She also worked for Pampered Chef for 6 years and reached the status of Director with Team Dragonflies.

Debbi had a huge passion for fishing and was a member of the Cool Running Bass Club for 12 years (10 of those years she was President), and the Secretary of the Ohio Bass Federation for 10 years. Above all, she loved her children and grandchildren fiercely.

Debbi is survived by her children, Desiree’ (Leon Yarmolinskiy) Dell, Danielle (Reginald Jr.) Hall, and Dale Boutilier., and by her beloved grandchildren, Braylin, Noah, Sadilynn, her step-grandchildren, Tatiyana, R’riel, Reggie III, and Mila, and her great-grandchild, Tobi’yah. Debbie also leaves behind her loving mother, Roberta (Edwards) Wayne, and her sister Karen (Jason) Cavadas. She is preceded in death by her husband, Terry D. Boutilier, and by her father, Thomas Wayne.

Calling hours will be held, Friday, Oct. 9th, 2026, from 5-8pm at Lake Erie Cremation & Funeral Services, 29801 Lakeland Blvd., Wickliffe, OH. 44092. Funeral Service is on Saturday Oct. 10th, from 10:30-11:00am, with a gathering beginning at 10:00am at the funeral home. Burial will immediately follow at Crown Hill Cemetery in Twinsburg, OH. Parking is limited at the funeral home, so please consider carpooling if you can.
