Diana Lee Fedele, 79, of Perry, Ohio, passed away peacefully on September 8, 2026, at her home surrounded by family.
She was born on October 24, 1946, in Philippi, West Virginia to Madeline and Harry Davis and was a graduate of Perry High School and later attended The Ohio State University.
Diana cherished spending time with her family and loved being surrounded by those she cared about. She enjoyed traveling, and dining out and trying new foods. She loved playing cards, mahjong and any other games. She was a skilled quilter, knitter, and painter. Her warm heart, creativity, and love for her family were among the qualities that made her so special.
Diana was the beloved wife of Michael John Fedele for 58 years. She was a devoted mother to Michael J. Fedele, Marie E. Fedele, Kathleen A. North(Mark), and April J. Sugalski(Michael). She also leaves behind grandchildren, Nicholas Fedele, (Kelly) Anthony Fedele(Shyana), Robert Smith, Michael Smith, Lexi North, Elena North, Mikaylee Fedele, Caitlyn Fedele and Kylie Sugalski; and her great-grandson, Leo Patrick Castrigano. Diana is also survived by her sister, Paula J. Tharp (Ken).
She was preceded in death by her parents, Harry and Madeline Davis; grandparents, Ethel Selvey Knight and Emmet Knight, and Harry O. Davis and Lizzy Webb Davis; and sisters, Carolyn Stephens(Chuck), and Linda Gray(Mel), her twin sister.
Diana was a faithful member of the Catholic faith. Her life was defined by love, family, kindness, and the many memories she created with those around her.
Calling hours will be held on Thursday, September 17, 2026, at 10am at St. Cyprian Catholic Church, 4223 Middle Ridge Rd, Perry, OH 44081, with a Funeral Mass starting at 11am. Burial will follow the Mass at Perry Township Cemetery, with a reception after at the church.
The family would like to send a special thank you to Dr. Teagan Hayes and to St. Cyprian’s Catholic Church.
Diana will be remembered with love and gratitude. Though she is no longer with us, the memories she created and the love she gave will remain in the hearts of her family and friends forever.
