Donna Cannon, 84, of Jefferson, Ohio, passed away on Thursday, August 7, 2025, after a long battle with Alzheimer's and complications from Pneumonia.
She was born on April 24, 1941, in Thompson, OH, to parents Clinton and Mamie Ferguson and was married to Leslie Vass.
Donna was employed by Reliance Electric for many years before retiring. She loved crafting and spending time with her grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
Donna is survived by her husband, Leslie Vass; children, Rodney Cannon of North Miami Beach, Florida, Jon (Christina) Cannon of Lilburn, Georgia, Rhonda (David) Stiles of Jefferson, Ohio, and step-daughter Amy (Tom) Ravis of Harrison Township, Michigan; grandchildren Randall (Stephanie Jacobs) Beach, Robyn (Mitch) Masirvoits, Jeremy Stiles, Janelle Cannon, Mae Cannon, Kayleigh, Kelsey and Emily Stoltz, and Avery Ravis; 10 great-grandchildren, and her beloved dog, Duke.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Clinton Dale Sr and Mamie Ferguson; and her older brother Clinton Jr.
A celebration of her life will be held on Saturday, August 23, 2025 from 1-3pm at Lake Erie Cremation and Funeral Services, 1500 Harpersfield Rd, Geneva, OH 44041. She will be buried at Ridgeview Cemetery in Ashtabula, OH.
In place of flowers, contributions can be made in Donna's memory to Maddox and Friends Cat Rescue, 723 Clark Street, Conneaut, OH 44030.
