Donna D. Machia, 75, of Jefferson, Ohio passed away on March 25, 2024 in Geneva, Ohio.
She was born August 26, 1947 in St. Albans, VT to parents Don and Betty DesLauriers and was a graduate of Bellows Free Academy in St. Albans, VT.
Donna worked for the Immigration and Naturalization Service (INS), Border Patrol, and IBM. In her spare time, she enjoyed knitting, crossword puzzles, diamond dot, gardening, and flower gardening.
She is survived by her children: Cliff (Sarah) Machia, Jr., Tawnya (Brett) Kiser, Matt (Beth) Machia, and Patricia Machia; grandchildren: Kyle (Courtney) Kiser, Breanne Machia, Mara Brock, Travis Kiser, Tayler Kiser, Andrew Machia, Abbie Machia, Gabby Machia, Paul Velardo, Makaya Williams, Matt Machia Jr. and Dylan Machia; great-grandchildren: Carter Machia, Camden Kiser, Lydia Williams, Matty Machia, and Callen Kiser; mother, Betty DesLauriers; siblings: Pat (Terry) Willis, Steve (Linda) DesLauriers, Pete (Martha) DesLauriers, Tammy (Ron) Sweet, and Mary (Dean) Pelkey.
Donna was preceded in death by her father, Donald DesLauriers and brother, Danny DesLauriers.
A private service will be held at a later date.
Lake Erie Cremation and Funeral Services, 1500 Harpersfield Road, Geneva, Ohio assisted the family with arrangements.
