Doris Irene Willis, 79, of Madison, Ohio passed away Tuesday, February 11, 2025.
She was born February 1, 1946, in Toledo, Ohio, the daughter of the late John and Lillian Hardy and graduated from the Andrews School for Girls and Graceland College.
In 1972, she married Roy Thomas Willis and together they shared 53 years of love and memories.
Doris worked 25+ years for Walmart and in her free time she attended the Community of Christ Church and enjoyed music, hiking, reading, and being outdoors.
She is survived by her husband, Roy Thomas Willis; sons, Frank (Alicia) Willis, and Michael (Jennifer) Willis; grandchildren, Michael, Ryan, Abby, Seth, Adilyn, and Bentley; siblings, Elizabeth (Jef) Fuller of Kirtland, Jane Hardy of Geneva, John (Valerie) Hardy of Willoughby Hills, and Mary Ann (Wayne) Kelling of Pea Ridge, AR.
Doris was preceded in death by her parents, John and Lillian Hardy; grandparents, Robert and Lillian (Topping) Flack; brothers, Richard Brian Hardy, and David Patrick Hardy.
A Celebration of Life will be held from 5-7pm on Wednesday, February 19, 2025, at Lake Erie Cremation and Funeral Services, 1500 Harpersfield Road, Geneva, Ohio.
