Dorothy M. Pasqualone, 98, of Geneva, Ohio, passed away on Saturday, August 5, 2023.

She was born July, 31, 1925, in Conneaut, Ohio, to Joseph and Julia (Essany) Shirkman.

Dorothy married Ernest F. Pasqualone on January 25, 1947, and together they shared more than 45 years of love and memories. She was a very active lifetime member of Assumption Catholic Church in Geneva, where she volunteered for many events and attended many social gatherings. She loved her family and keeping a loving home, enjoyed watching all sports, enjoyed reading, nature, and eating sweets. She was surrounded by wonderful neighbors, who looked after her, and she loved them like family.

She is survived by her children, Bob Pasqualone, Julie Pasqualone, Tom Pasqualone, and Ernie (Sarah) Pasqualone; grandchildren, Ryan Pasqualone, Nick (Maggie) Pasqualone, Kilby (Mike) Shea, and Katie (Joe) Saffell; eight great grandchildren; and her brother, Joe Shirkman (Fran - deceased).

Dorothy was proceeded in death by her husband, Ernest Pasqualone, parents, and brothers, Jim Shirkman and Bob Shirkman.

The memorial mass will be celebrated on Saturday, September 2, 2023, at 10:00AM at Assumption Catholic Church, 30 Lockwood Street, Geneva, Ohio. Visitation will be held in the church hall from 9:00AM until the time of the service. Burial will follow in Evergreen Cemetery in Geneva.

In place of flowers, contributions may be made to Assumption Catholic Church.
