Elizabeth Mae McNeil "Libby", age 65, of Saybrook, passed away on Sunday, July 16th, 2023. Libby was born on May 15th, 1958, in Ashtabula, OH., to parents John and Lucille McNeil. She was a graduate of Ashtabula High School. Libby enjoyed crafting, watching Guardian's games, and volunteering for the local Democratic campaigns. She loved her children and family so much. Libby is survived by her two sons, Adam Marshand (spouse, James Cox) and Scott Marshand. She is also survived by her siblings, John "Buddy" McNeil, Rick McNeil, and Roger McNeil.
