Eric Nelson Wadsworth, Jr., 46, of Madison, passed away unexpectedly May 14, 2021 as a result of a fatal injury at work. He was born December 29, 1974 in Cleveland, Ohio, the son of Eric Nelson Wadsworth, Sr. and Cynthia Rudiak. A 1993 graduate of Perry High School, he worked as an equipment operator with Northeast Masonry. Eric loved going to the park with his daughter, attending barbeques and bonfires, and spending family time with Monica and Katie. His favorite pastime was to play pool with his best friend Darian. Survivors include his longtime companion, Monica Murino; daughter, Kathryn Grace Wadsworth; stepchildren, Mae McCormack and the late John McCormack; and half-brother, Timothy Allen Bell, step-grandchild, Alaina Kerns; mother, Cynthia Rudiak; father, the late Eric Nelson Wadsworth, Sr.; and sister, Tanya Wadsworth. He was preceded in death by his stepson, John Patrick McCormack on November 4, 2015 and his grandparents Clarence and Dorothy Wadsworth. A private family visitation will be held.
