Frances Cappotto "Fran", age 90, of Rock Creek, passed away Sunday February 21st, 2021 at her home. Born on November 21, 1930 to parents Frank and Clara (nee Todd) Cappotto in Euclid, Ohio. Fran was blessed with a twin sister Clara, they both enjoyed playing pranks on family and friends. Many times, the two of them would trade places, even in the middle of a baseball game. Fran was always quick with a joke and easily made others laugh. She worked for many years at Smith & Wesson in Rock Creek, and she also was a ham radio operator. She enjoyed playing cards, building doll house furniture and learning about computers. Frances is survived by her sister Roseann Robison and many beloved nieces and nephews. She is preceded in death by her parents and her sisters, Irene Shore and Clara Rice. Frances's family would like to give a special thank you to her Rock Creek neighbors for their years of friendship and assistance.
