Gary W. Rose, 75, of Madison, Ohio, passed away Saturday, April 26, 2025.
Gary was born December 1, 1949, in Lee County, VA and grew up in Fairport Harbor, Ohio.
After graduating from high school, he served in the U.S. Air Force as an Sergeant. He married the love of his life, Joanne Farkas, in 1971. After he was honorably discharged from the Air Force, Gary worked for Diamond Shamrock and Uniroyal for many years. He enjoyed working at AutoZone for the last 20 years.
He was preceded in death by his parents Emery Rose and Monnie Rhoten; His brother, Glen, and His sisters, Joyce, Patricia, and Brenda.
He is survived by his wife, Joanne Rose; His sons, Steve (Paula) Rose and Brian (Miranda) Rose; His very much loved granddaughters, Mia and Morgan Rose; His brother, Sydney (Darlene) Rose and His sister, Christine Hebebrand. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
There will be a Celebration of Life at a later date.
Lake Erie Cremation and Funeral Services, 1500 Harpersfield Road, Geneva, Ohio assisted the family with arrangements.
