Gladys Lee Hinerman, age 77, lived in Andover, OH. with her son Paul and her three beloved dogs, and passed away on Friday, Sept. 27th, 2024, at Andover Village Nursing Home after her struggle with ovarian cancer. Gladys was born on April 10th, 1947, in Elizabeth Twp., PA. Gladys attended Waynesburg University and earned her bachelor's degree in Education. Gladys was a Protestant in her faith, and this was important to her. She is survived by her children, Wayne Hinerman Jr, Heather (Barry) Kuhn, and Paul M. Hinerman, and her cherished grandchildren, Alexandra E. Metz, Garrett R. Greene, and Colin R. Greene. Gladys is preceded in death by her parents Helen and (stepfather) Boyd Steffey, her husband Wayne E. Hinerman Sr. (Feb. 10, 2006), and by her brother David W. Opfer. A private family graveside burial will take place in West Newton, PA.
