Gregory George Dovalosky, age 80, of Ashtabula (formerly of Rome Twp.), passed away on February 7th, 2025. Gregory was born on April 23rd, 1945, to parents, Genevieve J. (nee Zemla) and James J. Dovalosky. Gregory served as a Sergeant in the U.S. Army. He was a beloved son, brother, nephew, and uncle. Gregory helped family and friends during his life, he also fostered and fed many cats, dogs, and wildlife that needed his help. He was a true lover of nature, wildlife, and pets. He is survived by his siblings, James (Pamela) and Lucky (Judith) Dovalosky, and many beloved nieces and nephews. Gregory is preceded in death by his parents Genevieve and James and by his siblings, Marie Balogh, and William Dovalosky. Gregory was proudly laid to rest at Ohio Western Reserve National Cemetery in Seville, OH, Section 14, Site 742, during a private ceremony with Military Honors with family and a dear friend present.
