Helen Marie Cameron (nee Reynolds), age 78, of Geneva, Ohio, passed away at her home on Tuesday, July 16, 2024, due to Alzheimer's. She was born March 3, 1946, in Tryon, North Carolina, to parents Martha E. Reynolds and Norman John Reynolds. Helen married Thomas P. Cameron on June 17, 1965, in Geneva, Ohio. She was a military spouse from 1965 to 1985 and was awarded the U.S. Army Spouse recognition. Along with being a spouse and mother, Helen worked as a Data Entry clerk. She enjoyed crocheting, was a member of Daughter's of American Revolution, and was a part of the Alzheimer's Association, and was a Methodist by faith. Helen is survived by her husband, Thomas P. Cameron; children, Patrick N. and Tracy M. Cameron, Louise M. Roberts (Cameron); grandchildren, U.S. Air Force Master Sergeant Theodore R. and Heather Cameron, Adrianna Naomi-Quinn Tanner; great-grandchildren, Dakota Ryan Cameron, Braeden James Cameron, and Ethan Marsh. She was preceded in death by her parents, Martha E. and Norman J. Reynolds; grandparents, Mr. and Mrs. Dewitt Reynolds, and Mr. and Mrs. John Mitchell. A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, July 20, 2024, from 1-3pm at Lake Erie Cremation & Funeral Services, 1500 Harpersfield Rd., Geneva, Ohio, 44041. The family would like to thank the nurses and staff of Hospice of the Western Reserve in Ashtabula.
