Jackie Sue (Henderson) Eubank, age 56, of Painesville Township, Ohio passed away peacefully on Wednesday January 12, 2022. She was born July 19, 1965, in Painesville, Ohio. The daughter of the late Ray Henderson and Bernadine (Cable) Henderson and a 1983 graduate of Ledgemont High School in Thompson, Ohio, and North Dakota State University.
She worked over 30 years in the Assisted Living/Nursing Home dietary industry. She recently received her certification in Dietary Management (CDM/CFPP) and was very proud of her accomplishment.
She loved her work, but loved the residents more, they held a special place in her heart.
Jackie enjoyed camping at Kenisee Campground every summer season with her family over the past 20 years, where she developed many lifelong friends, she also considered family. Jackie and her husband also enjoyed spontaneous get-always, which involved camping or going to the beach. She also enjoyed riding on the back of Steve's motorcycle.
She is survived by her husband Stephen Eubank, whom she married on May 14, 1988, her children, Robert (Bobby) Eubank, David Eubank and her four legged companions Zoey, Sammy and Mr. Murphy; Siblings Bonny Reed, John Henderson, and Tom (Cindy) Henderson; Nieces and Nephews, Holly (Chris) Longstreet, Johnny (Jessica) Pasquarelli, Michael (Kasey) Willm, Caden (Laci) Henderson, Callahan Henderson, Charlie Currence, Mary Currence, Leora Currence, Tom Currence, Becky (Danny) Randall, Herb (Lisa) Dinken, Josh Eubank, Gary Eubank, Nicole (Brian) McQuade, Mariah (Jared) Waring. Jackie was also honored to be a great, and great-great aunt.
Special Remembrance of her four-legged companion Lady Bug who passed away.
Jackie is preceded in death by Father-in-Law John Eubank, mother-in-law Betty Eubank, brother-in-law Richard Reed, Sister Linda Bosworth and nephew Ray Henderson.
