Jacqueline Marie Itzkowitz

Jacqueline Marie Itzkowitz, age 44, of Kirtland, Ohio was born on December 17, 1981, in Cleveland, Ohio and passed away at her home on Monday, May 25, 2026.

Jacqueline graduated with an associate degree in dental hygiene from Lakeland Community College and had a passion for her career, but her greatest joy in life was becoming a devoted stay-at-home mother and lovingly caring for her special-needs son. She will be deeply missed and forever loved.

Jacqueline was the devoted fiancé of Michael Giallombardo; beloved mother of her son, Mikey, and stepmother to Gianna; daughter of Brad and Antonine Itzkowitz; sister of Danielle (Tad) Weaver and Laura Itzkowitz; beloved granddaughter of Vincent and Lillian Fratantonio.

A Funeral Mass will be celebrated at 10:00am on Monday, June 22, 2026, at Holy Rosary Church, 12021 Mayfield Road, Clevland, Ohio 44106.

Lake Erie Cremation and Funeral Services, 29801 Lakeland Blvd, Wickliffe, Ohio 44092 assisted the family with arrangements.
