Janet Lee Vincent, 63, of Ashtabula, Ohio, passed away unexpectedly at her home on Sunday, September 28, 2025.

She was born on September 17, 1962, in Geneva, OH, to parents Jack Vincent and Marlene Wagner and was a graduate of Geneva High School. Janet earned a Career Diploma in Medical Billing and Coding and an Associate Degree in Health Sciences Medical Administration Assistant. In her free time, she enjoyed volunteering at ACMC.

Janet is survived by her sons, Anthony Pack, Brian Pack, and Christopher Pack; and sister, Linda (Rob) Painter. She was preceded in death by her husband, Arthur Wheeler. A celebration a life will be held at 12pm on Saturday, October 18, 2025, at Bible Baptist Church, 4448 North Ridge Rd West, Ashtabula, OH 44004.
