Janice M. Chambers, age 54, passed away peacefully on Thursday, December 14, 2023, in Geauga County. She was born October 29, 1969 in Vicksburg, Mississippi to William Hodge and Lee Rogers. She was the 4th child out of her seven siblings. Janice had such a great spirit and had an uncanny ability to reach people in a positive way. She was accepting of all people and loved a good laugh. Everybody that knew her and she came in contact with really loved her and her closest friends called her sweet. She is survived by three children, Clarence Chambers, Denzel Chambers, and Janice L. Chambers, her mother, Lee Rogers; her 5 siblings, Jimmy, William, Melissa, Robin, and Monique; and many nieces, nephews, and cousins.
She was preceded in death by her brother, Sylvester Rogers.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, December 21, 2023, from 3pm-5pm at Corrigan-Deighton Funeral Home, 21900 Euclid Avenue, Euclid, Ohio. Following the visitation, the family will be meeting at the Golden Corral, 8696 Brookpark Road, Cleveland, Ohio 44129.
Lake Erie Cremation and Funeral Services, 1500 Harpersfield Road, Geneva, Ohio assisted the family with arrangements.
