Jay Reed Brail passed away at his home on August 28, 2022, he was 66.
Jay lived the life he loved at his home on Mini Ranch Trail in Harpersfield with his beloved wife of 48 years, Ellen and his dog, Buffy.
Jay was a union Boilermaker Local 744 which he retired from in 2012. Working around his farm and helping others is what Jay did best and what he took much pride and joy in. But the thing Jay loved the very most were his 3 children Jay Reed Brail, Jr. (Kelly), Michelle (Scott Andrus), and Sara (Kyle Santiago) and his grandchildren, Chad Edward Bean, Mackenzie Perry, Chasity Brail, Hannah Caudill, and Michel Gill. Jay also had 2 great-grandchildren, Aiden and Maverick.
A Celebration of Jay's life and love is going to be held at the family's farm in Harpersfield.
Lake Erie Cremation and Funeral Services, 1500 Ha rpersfield Road, Geneva, Ohio assisted the family with arrangements.
