Jerry Anthony DeBlasio, age 38, of Willoughby Hills, passed away on Thursday July 8th, 2021 at his home. Born March 8th, 1983 to parents Judith Masters and Antonio DeBlasio in Painesville, OH. Jerry was very giving and had a kind soul, he loved his family and spending time with his son Vito, and always looked forward to their next visit. He also loved wrestling, collecting Michael Jordan cards, and playing Call of Duty with his uncle Mike. Those left to cherish his memory are his son Vito DeBlasio, his mother Judith (Anthony) DeRubeis of Willoughby Hills; his father Antonio (Audrey) DeBlasio of Cleveland; his siblings Shauna (Anthony Carrero) DeRubeis, Rocco DeRubeis, Julianne DeRubeis, Larry Gaillard, Jane DeBlasio, and Tony Jr. DeBlasio; nephew Lincoln Carrero; Grandparents Linda DeBlasio of Garrettsville, Jerry Masters of Windham, and Janie Felton of James Creek, PA; Aunts Helena (Ed) Simmons, Rose (Russ) Schabroni, Caroline (Jim) Henderson, and Barbara Masters; Uncle Michael DeBlasio; and best-friend Vincent Deveney. Jerry is also survived by many loving cousins, and aunts and uncles. He is preceded in death by his grandfather Anthony Carl DeBlasio and his sister Laura Renee DeBlasio. A Memorial Service will be held on Saturday July 31st at 1:00pm at Country Baptist Church, 9054 Lake Shore Blvd., Mentor, OH. 44060.
