Joan A. Johnson, 84, of Saybrook, Ohio, passed away Monday, March 6, 2023, at her home. She was born November 14, 1939, in East Liverpool, Ohio, to Frank and Mildred (Zwelling) Watts. In 1994, Joan married the love of her life, Lee Johnson. Joan loved listening to music, spending time outdoors, and truly enjoyed her time being retired. She is survived by her children, Chuck, Veronica, Verna, Tony, and Tom; and her 15 grandchildren whom she loved and adored. Joan was preceded in death by her parents, Frank and Mildred (Zwelling) Watts; husband, Lee Johnson; son, Bradley Sturgill; siblings, Robert, Joyce, and Frances. The family would like to thank everyone from Hospice of the Western Reserve for taking wonderful care of Joan. Lake Erie Cremation and Funeral Services, 1500 Harpersfield Road, Geneva, Ohio, assisted the family with arrangements.
