Joseph R Martin Jr. (Joe, Odie, Jodie), 55, of Harpersfield, Ohio left this world too soon on Tuesday, February 20, 2024.
He was born April 24, 1968, in Cleveland, Ohio to the most loving parents, Joseph Sr. and Judith Martin. After growing up in Mentor, Joe moved to Harpersfield in the early 2000s to be closer to family.

In his spare time, he enjoyed camping at Holiday Camplands, riding his Harley, and spending time with his family. But his greatest joy was music and playing guitar. Joe was a son of the American Legion.

He is survived by his son, Austin Cole Martin; mother, Judith E Martin; siblings, Margie Owens, Jennifer Novak, Shawn Buckley (Chris), Nathan Buckley, and Heather Molay (Phil); Nieces and Nephews, Harley Buckley, Lance Buckley, and Tommy Owens and many loving extended family members including Art Kendall, Marge Kendall, and Justin Kendall.

Joe was preceded in death by his father, Joseph R Martin; grandparents, Gorge and Carol Murphy, Stewart and Edna Martin.

A celebration of life will be held at The Grand River Manor March 3, 2024 1pm-4pm. 1153 Mechanicsville Rd. Geneva, Ohio 44041. A private burial will take place at Fairview Cemetery, Madison, Ohio.

Lake Erie Cremation and Funeral Services, 1500 Harpersfield Road, Geneva, Ohio assisted the family with arrangements.
