Kevin Edward Morris, 58, of Geneva, passed away very peacefully and unexpectedly of natural causes in his sleep on Saturday, July 31, 2021 at his home.
He was born January 27, 1963 in Willoughby, Ohio the son of James (Skip) E. Morris and Karen (Burner) Morris and attended Madison Local Schools. On December 9, 1981 in Jefferson, Ohio he married Christine L. (Kovach) Morris and together they shared over 39 years of love and memories. Kevin worked 26 years at Fluid Regulators/Aero Controlex (deburring) and 7 years at Perry Parts and Warehouse (parts delivery). In his spare time, he enjoyed building birdhouses and spending time with his family, especially his 3 grandchildren.
Survivors include his wife, Christine L. (Kovach) Morris of Geneva, OH; children: Jennifer Corrigan (Sean) of Madison, OH and Danny Morris (Lisa Simon) of Montville, OH; grandchildren, Shane, John, and Audriana Corrigan; mother, Karen Morris of Geneva, OH; siblings: Vickie Morris (Bob Baker) of Middlesex, PA, Brian Morris (Julia) of Phillipi, WV, and Chrissy Jeppe (Larry) of Geneva, OH. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Preceding him in death was his father, James (Skip) E. Morris.
A Celebration of Life service will be held at 4:30pm Saturday, August 7, 2021 at Lake Erie Cremation and Funeral Services, 1500 Harpersfield Road, Geneva, OH where the family will receive friends from 2pm until the time of service. Burial will immediately follow the service at Hartsgrove Township Cemetery.
In lieu of flowers, contributions can be made to the family c/o Lake Erie Cremation and Funeral Services. Envelopes will be available at the funeral home.
