Kimberly Ann Charlier

Kimberly Ann “Miss Kim” Charlier, 59, of Conneaut, Ohio passed away peacefully at home on Wednesday, July 1, 2026, with her loving husband by her side after a courageous and heroic battle with cancer.

Born on June 30, 1967, in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, Kim was the daughter of Charles Toward Sr. and Charlene (Smith) Toward.

On July 3, 2004, Kim married the love of her life Robert “Bob” Charlier, and together they built a life filled with love, laughter, and countless adventures.

Kim worked as a Senior Construction Inspector for TW Consultants for 10 years, where she served on projects for the Pennsylvania DCNR at Presque Isle.

She had a love for the outdoors and found joy in hunting, fishing, crafting, gardening, birdwatching, spending time with friends at camp, and boating on Lake Erie. Kim’s warm heart and spunky spirit touched the lives of everyone that knew her.

Kim is survived by her husband, Bob Charlier; her sons, Jeremy (Jessica) Charlier and Joshua (Erin) Charlier; her grandchildren, Emma, Carter, and Diana Charlier; her mother, Charlene Toward; her sister, Denise (David) Slates; her sisters-in-law, Jamie Toward, Jodi (Brian) Lesniakowski, and Rebecca (Mario) Tornari; and her brother-in-law, Jeff (Beth) Charlier. She also leaves behind many nieces and nephews, extended family members, dear friends, and her fur babies, KC and Boo, who will miss her greatly.

She was preceded in death by her father, Charles Toward Sr.; her brother, Charles “Chucky” Toward Jr., and her sister-in-law, Michelle Charlier.

Special “Thanks” to Lisa Panko, Linda Donley, Lori Cumberlidge, Stacie Smith, and Janice Shank for their friendship and support. The family would also like to express their appreciation to Reserve Care Hospice.

A private family ceremony will be held at the family’s convenience.
