Kristina Vail, 70, of Ashtabula, Ohio passed away Monday, October 20, 2025, at Ashtabula Regional Medical Center.
She was born March 4, 1955, in Cleveland, Ohio to late Francis Vail, X and Wilma Vail and graduated from Lutheran West High School in 1973.
Kristina was a faithful Christian woman who enjoyed knitting, making blankets and crafting.
She is survived by her daughter-in-law, Justina (Richards) Vail; grandchildren, Juliet Vail, Joshua Vail, Jr., Jacob Vail, Jada Vail, Jolene Vail, Jasmine Vail and Justina "Wilma" Vail; siblings, Dennis (Patty) Vail and Veronica (Bob) Kroyer.
Kristina was preceded in death by her parents, Francis Vail, X and Wilma Vail; son, Joshua Vail, Sr. in 2018; siblings, Tracy Vail in 1960 and Kevin Vail in 1978; maternal grandparents, Frank and Veronica Greifenstein; paternal grandparents, Edward and Julia Vail.
A Celebration of Life will be held on March 7, 2026.
