Lawrence "Larry" Chinchic, 80, of Howland, Ohio, passed away after a short battle with cancer on April 9, 2024, at the David Simpson Hospice House in Cleveland, Ohio.

He was born on November 13, 1943, in Warren, Ohio to parents Nicholas and Ann (Decavitch) Chinchic and was a graduate of Harding High School. Larry loved his job; he was the owner/operator of Simply the Best Concrete which he ran for 60 years. He enjoyed all sports, playing golf, fishing, watching movies, playing poker and was in the World Series of Poker multiple times. Larry was always happy, he knew how to make you laugh and he had the most beautiful smile, and he was of Catholic faith.

He is survived by his sister, Marcia Bansky; son, Roger Finley; daughter, Kelly Cather; and numerous grandchildren, nephews, and nieces. Larry was preceded in death by his parents, Nicholas and Ann Chinchic; son, Lawrence Chinchic Jr.; daughter, Sherri Chinchic; brother, Nicholas Chinchic; and sister, Deborah Coulter. The family would like to send a special thank you to the nurses and staff at the David Simpson Hospice House for their support and care.
