Leonard Edward Cooper Jr.'s Obituary
A memorial service for Leonard E. Cooper 68 of Painesville will be held August 27. 2023. Leonard was born March 22, 1955 and passed away on June 30, 2023 at Lake West UH.
Mr. Cooper was employed as a security guard for Morton Salt Company. His hobbies included repairing and rebuilding British motorcycles and operating ham radios.
He is survived by his daughters, Leah (Robert) Spinks of Lyndhurst, Rosalyn Smith of Painesville, Leslie (Michael) Petty of Euclid and Rachel Cooper of North Royalton, his sisters, Dianna (Bernardo) Slovinsky of Camden, South Carolina, Bobbie Jean (Ronald) Slaght of Canastota, New York, Laura (Robert) Cutler of Painesville, and brother Michael (Kim) Cooper of Camden, South Carolina. He also leaves behind his beloved companion Patty Hall, several grandchildren and one great grandchild and his dog Gypsy.
Family and friends are invited to gather at Huntington Beach Park in Fairport Harbor at 6:00 PM on August 27 for a celebration of life and to share memories of Leonard.
Lake Erie Cremation and Funeral Services, 1500 Harpersfield Road, Geneva, Ohio assisted the family with arrangements.
