She was especially close to her niece Michelle Parknow and great nephew, Travis Gregory and Jaime Parknow.

Linda was preceded in death by her parents; her beloved husband Harold Summers; her son, William ("Billy") Summers; daughter-in-law, Judy Summers; her great-granddaughter, Natasha Santana; her great-grandson, Christopher Allen Lambert; her brothers, Leonard Bowers and Harold ("Red") Bowers; her sister, Shirley Williams; her paternal grandparents, Charles and Masie Bowers; and maternal grandparents, William and Florence Albee.
