Lisa Marie Cook (Jefferson Grey-Avis), 36, of Conneaut, Ohio, passed away Wednesday, July 20, 2022 at Ahuja Medical Center in Beachwood, Ohio from liver failure.
She was born December 27, 1985 in the East end of London and spent her early years as an orphan before being adopted and raised by her loving parents, Steven and Vernon Grey.
Lisa moved to the United States as a young girl and went on to earn her degree as a Surgical Veterinarian Technician performing life-saving operations specializing in small pets. In her spare time, she was an Existentialist who enjoyed reading, gardening, astrology, spending time with her family, and traveling the country.
She is survived by her fiancé, Kenzer Avis; fur babies, Peanut, Ichabod, and Macca.
Preceding her in death were her parents, Steven Grey on July 7, 2012 and Vernon Grey on October 9, 2010.
As per her wishes, she will be cremated and her urn will be kept at home with her loved ones.
The family wishes to extend a heartfelt "Thank You" to everyone who has shown support during this difficult time.

Lake Erie Cremation and Funeral Services, 1500 Harpersfield Road, Geneva, Ohio assisted the family with arrangements.
