Louella Ann Sievers, 67, of Ashtabula, Ohio passed away on Sunday, November 26, 2023, at Euclid Hospital in Euclid, OH. She was born October 2, 1956, in Painesville, OH to Henry P. and Mary I. (Arblaster) Skinner and was a graduate of Madison High School. On September 10, 1984, Louella married Chris K. Sievers in Fairport Harbor, OH. She worked as a school bus driver for Mentor Exempted Village School District from 1986 to 2002, she also worked for the City of Mentor from 1986 to 2013. Louella enjoyed spoiling her dogs in her retirement. She is survived by her daughter, Bethany Sievers of Ashtabula; son, Brad (Cristina) Sievers of Madison; and her Boston Terrier, Romeo "Dude" Sievers of Ashtabula. Also surviving are brothers, Edward P. Skinner of Gilbert, AZ, and David (Kim) Skinner of Mantua, OH. Louella was preceded in death by husband, Chris K. Sievers; and life partner George Stillwill Jr.; parents, Henry and Mary Skinner; siblings, Particia (Skinner) Rivera, Wilfred "Fred" Rivera; and sister-in-law, Fran Skinner. A celebration of life will be held at a later date. In place of flowers, the family suggests contributions be made to NE Ohio Greyhound Rescue, PO Box 3, Austinburg, OH 44010.
