Louis Junior Burlingame, age 83 of Jefferson, passed away Saturday, July 3rd 2021 at UH Geauga Medical Center. Born January 7th, 1938 to parents Margaret (McMillan) and Lewis Burlingame. Louis was a graduate of Austinburg High School and then shortly after married his sweetheart, Beverly (Lenart) Burlingame on October 13, 1957. Louis is survived by his loving wife Beverly, and his children; Lewis Scott Burlingame, Pam Burlingame and Jim Koerner, Penny (Chris) Spangler, and Amy (Bruce) Carter, his grandchildren; Lydia Spangler, Emily Spangler, Mya Carter, Marley Carter, and Camarie Carter. He is also survived by his sister, Margie Calvert and sister-in-law, Mary Herpey. Louis is preceded in death by his parents and his siblings; Waneta Yuhas, Doris Hoskins, Harry Burlingame, Beverly Brigham, Susan Haskinen, and Edward Burlingame. A Graveside burial took place at Oakdale cemetery with family and friends on Wednesday, July 7th, 2021 with Pastor Doug Winner of the Jefferson United Methodist Church saying committal prayers.
