Marilyn "Mitzi" Burton, age 84, of Geneva, passed away peacefully with her children by her side on February 15th, 2023, at her home. Mitzi was born on November 2nd, 1938, in Geneva, OH., to parents Lyle and Georgia (Eldridge) Drought. She attended and graduated from Geneva High School. On January 30th, 1956, Mitzi married her love, Robert L. Burton in Olive Hill, KY. Mitzi and Robert owned and operated Tobacco Pouch of Geneva for many years. Mitzi is survived by her loving children, Robin (Ed) Burton, Amy (Scott) Brass, and Lyle "Butch" Burton, and her beloved grandchildren, Jeremy (Angel), Kayla (Randy), Kyle (Jade), Ryker, Breanna, and her great-grandchildren, Vanessa, Aurora, Nickolas, Meredith, and Gannon. Mitzi is preceded in death by her cherished husband Robert L. Burton and their baby boy Burton.
