Mary E. Heinz "Meamaw", 72, of Madison, Ohio passed away at her home on Friday, April 19, 2024.
She was born September 13, 1951, in Painesville, Ohio, to the late Lester and Betty Lohr. On June 6, 1969, she married Jim A. Heinz in Painesville Township and together they shared almost 55 years of love and memories.
Mary was a hard worker and retired from the Perry Power Plant. In her spare time, she enjoyed having conversations with her grandchildren and spending time with her fur babies Ricky & Lucy. She also loved to play the Lotto, video games, Bingo, and bowling.
She is survived by her husband, Jim A. Heinz; children, Jimmy L. (Colleen), Becky A. (Troy), Buddy J. (Katie), and Cory A. (Gorgea); grandchildren, Al, Zachary, Mindy, Branden, Mikayla, Cameron, Jared, Kayden, Bryson, and Marley; 7 great-grandchildren; sister, Cathy Ashburn.
Preceding her in death were her parents, Lester and Betty Lohr; grandson, Justin; siblings, Sandy Rodecker, Lester Lohr, and Ed Lohr.
Burial will be in Western Reserve Memorial Gardens, 11521 Chilicothe Road, Chesterland, Ohio 44026.
Lake Erie Cremation and Funeral Services, 1500 Harpersfield Road, Geneva, Ohio assisted the family with arrangements.
