Mary Jane (MJ) Nordquest, 71 of Saybrook Township, passed away Weds Oct 16, 2024, at the ICU of Ashtabula Regional Medical Center from pulmonary fibrosis and pneumonia. She was born in 1952 at Brown Memorial Hospital Conneaut, the daughter of John and Helen (Clisby) Pasha. She was raised in Kingsville. She is a 1970 graduate of Edgewood High School. MJ and Marc were married on Feb 28, 1976 at Bulah United Methodist church.

MJ moved to Massachusetts with her husband in 1978 returning to Ohio in 2003.

She worked as a secretary, paralegal and home health aide until serious health issues in middle age ended her working years. She became a homemaker and was an excellent cook and baker, often making pies and cookies for friends and Marc's co-workers.
She is a born again Christian and would often study the bible, pray and watch religious shows.

She is survived by her husband Marc and her sisters Kathi (Gary) Bowen of Thornton, CO and Evelyn (Wally) Beckett of Phoenix, AZ. She was preceded in death by her parents.

Internment will be at Greenlawn Memorial gardens in N Kingsville at a later date.
