Michael Allen Casto's Obituary
Michael Allen Casto, 70, of Geneva, Ohio, passed away Wednesday, January 18, 2023, at Hospice House in Cleveland.
He was born May 26, 1952, in Clarksburg, West Virginia, to the late Marvin and Wilma Jean (Barker) Casto. After graduating from Madison High School, he honorably served in the US Army from 1972-1975, where he received the National Defense Service Medal and Sharpshooter medals. After his discharge, he spent the rest of his working life as an Executive Chef until his retirement.
Michael is survived by his children, Christopher (Tiffany) Casto and Melissa Casto; step-children, Phillip and Matthew; grandchildren, Jeffery, Noah, Nevaeh, Jacob, Samantha, Alyssa, and Paul; great-grandchildren, Abbigail, Aiyanna, and Aayden; siblings, Barb Cole, Tina Creedon, Russell Casto, Mark Casto, Lori (Leon) Jenkins, and Tim (Kelly) Casto.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Marvin and Wilma Jean (Barker) Casto; sister, Bonita "Bonnie" Cole; paternal grandparents, Harry and Jessie Casto; maternal grandparents, Charles and Evelyn Barker.
A private service will be held and burial will be in North Madison Cemetery.
