Michael James Hardin (Mikie), of Geneva Ohio, passed unexpectedly on April 7, 2024, in Lake County, Ohio.

Mikie was born on June 27, 1980, in Geneva, Ohio. He loved spending time with his family, being outdoors, fishing, hunting, mudding, hiking, and singing to his kids. His love for the outdoors fit his construction career allowing him to spend his days driving his truck and helping others.

He is survived by his father, Michael L. Hardin; mother, Carolyn J. Hardin- Tuomala; sisters, Heather Hardin and Trina Cesnik (David Warren); brother, Matthew Hardin; children, Kaitlyn, Alex, Shelley, Austin, Emma, Ben; grandchildren, Alena, Aubri, Ilsa and Hendrix; many cousins, friends and loved ones. He was proceeded in death by his nephew, Nicholes Arthur Hardin. His sense of humor and smile brought happiness to everyone around him, he was always the class clown and life of the party.

Family and friends are welcome for his services from 1-3pm on Friday, April 12, 2024, at Lake Erie Cremation and Funeral Services, 1500 Harpersfield Road, Geneva, Ohio, with a burial immediately following at Maplewood Cemetery, 5195 N Center Rd, Geneva, Ohio.
