Michael Alan House, 47, of Geneva-on-the-Lake, passed away unexpectedly at home on Saturday, April 16, 2022. He was born April 26, 1974 in Chardon, Ohio, the son of Russ and Janice (Butler) House. He attended Harvey High School in Painesville and was very likeable and outgoing. He loved to talk to everyone he met. He was good friends with Rich Tucholski of North Olmstead; also Ken Tey and Tom Anderson of Painesville. After attending high school, he worked in electronics for many years. In his spare time, Michael loved playing video games on Playstation and Nintendo and listening to music. He knew his way around computers and didn't hesitate to try new things. He also enjoyed fishing and was an avid Cleveland Browns and Cavaliers fan. Michael is survived by his parents, Russ and Janice House of Rock Creek, Ohio; brother, Ernie House of Eastlake, Ohio. He was preceded in death by his maternal grandparents, Raymond and Margaret (Jefferson) Butler of Chardon, Ohio; paternal grandparents, William and MaryAnn (Fry) House of Painesville, Ohio. The family suggests contributions be made to the American Heart Association or a pet shelter of your choice.
