Michael A Tatakis, 80, passed away on May 4th,2024 at Austinburg Rehab & Nursing Home in Austinburg, Ohio. Mike was the widower of Debbie A (McAllister) Tatakis whom he married Sept 3rd, 1994. They shared 18 wonderful years together.
Mike was born on August 13th,1943 in Salina, Kansas. He was the beloved son of Nina & John Tatakis. He spent many years as a maintenance supervisor across a few factories in Ashtabula County. Mike retired in 2005 to spend more time with his wife and daughter.
Many years prior, Mike spent time a part of a local snowmobile club along side his wife. He enjoyed the thrill of riding with her. In his free time, Mike loved spending time with his family and friends, enjoying coffee at Lakeshore Park or grabbing an ice cream cone at Dairy Queen while sitting at Geneva on the Lake. He enjoyed taking Sunday drives with his daughter Brittany exploring different areas in Ohio or Pennsylvania.
Mike is survived by his daughter Brittany Tatakis of Conneaut and his "grandpups" Cameron & Callie. He is preceded in death by his parents and wife Debbie. With respect to his wishes, no services will be held.
