Pamela S. Kelly (Cutler), age 69, of Chardon, Ohio, passed away on April 15th, 2026, at Chardon Woods Memory Care after a long illness. Pam was born on December 16, 1956 at Lake East Hospital in Painesville to parents Edmond and Elinor Cutler. She was a proud graduate of Mentor High School. Pam loved to be outdoors going for walks or riding her bike. Pam was a quiet person by nature, but she loved her family dearly and she loved the Lord and Savior Jesus Christ so very much. Pam is survived by her daughter, Leah Smart, by her beloved grandchildren, Damien Daggett, Greyson Smart, and Journey Smart. Pam is also survived by her siblings, Shirley (David) Minor, and Kenneth Cutler.  She is preceded in death by her parents Edmond and Elinor Cutler and by her siblings, Bonnie Griffin, Eugene Cutler, and Rebecca Barnes Mitchell. A Burial and remembrance of Pam's life will be held at a future date at Mentor Municipal Cemetery.
